Abstract (en)
[origin: WO0060842A1] The invention relates to a system and a method for especially graphically monitoring and/or remote controlling stationary and/or mobile devices (F1..Fn), especially vehicles, semitrailers for lorries, building machines, farm vehicles, swop platform bodies and/or containers, from a centre (15) by means of a signalling device (MC). The mobile device (MC) is provided with a first function block (BB) for detecting measuring values, monitoring and/or giving an alarm according to rules which can be given and a second function block (BC) for storing application-specific data of the mobile device (MC). The centre (15) and the mobile device (MC) are provided with means for communicating via at least two communications channels (B1, B2). The first communications channel (B1) is provided for communicating between a communications server (KS) of the centre (15) and the second function block (BB) of the mobile device (MC) and the second communications channel (B2) is provided for communcating between a visualising system (VS) of the centre (15) and the second function block (BB) of the mobile device (MC).
