[origin: DE10029391C1] Support element has profile rail (1) to fit along at least part of the edge of the window element, which is held between the panes (3). The profile rail has elastic projecting tongues (11-14) that can be pressed against the frame (2). A bar projects freely from the other side of the profile rail in the plane of the window element and fits in a groove (16) in the frame, so that the window element is held and centered vertically in the frame. Elastic support tongues (17,18) run parallel to the plane of the window element at the edge of the profile rail.

Bei einem Abstützelement für aus zwei oder mehreren Scheiben (3) bestehende Fensterelemente (4) in einem Rahmen (2) ist eine Profilschiene (1) eingesetzt, welche an der einen Begrenzung mehrere, elastisch gegen die Profilschiene (1) andrückbare Laschen (11, 12, 13, 14) aufweist. Weiters ist an der Profilschiene ein über die Höhe der Laschen (11, 12, 13, 14) frei auskragender Steg (15) vorgesehen, welcher in einsatzgemäßer Lage im Rahmen (2) in eine auf die Breite des Steges (15) angepaßte Nut (16) im Rahmen (2) eingreift. Weiters sind an den beiden parallel zur Ebene des Fensterelementes (4) verlaufenden Randbereichen der Profilschiene (1) seitlich abstehende und elastisch federnd ausgebildete Stützlaschen (17, 18) vorgesehen. Durch diese Gestaltung der Profilschiene (1) sind eine Abstützung des Fensterelementes (4) und eine Zentrierung desselben im Rahmen (2) möglich. <IMAGE>
