Abstract (en)

[origin: DE19912844A1] The invention concerns an apparatus for dissection with pressurised liquid characterised in that it comprises means for pressurising (2) working and treatment liquids, controlled outlet means (9, 10) for a pressurised jet and means for switching or mixing the treating product with the working liquid or means for multiplexing (26), in pulse operation pulsed jets under pressure. The apparatus enables to spray under pressure at least a treating product with the pressurised jet of working liquid or separately therefrom, but with the same apparatus and during the same intervention, so as to perform in one common operation a surgical action and a therapeutic action. The invention is applicable in the surgical and medical fields.
