[origin: EP1166687A1] The foldable display shelf for merchandise has shelf panels (1) each pivotally mounted (10.1-4) to uprights (2.1-2.4) to form a parallelepiped linkage. The uprights are mounted by secondary pivot axes (20.1-4) to a chassis (4). The secondary pivot axes of one pair of uprights are fixed to slides (5) moving vertically with respect to the chassis. The pivot axes for the uprights to the shelf can be mounted on a point at half the depth of the shelf panels.
