Wiper cover comprises cleaning fibers (13) on one side arranged so that they face the floor to be cleaned and form the lower side of the cover; a lateral edge from which the fibers protrude; and pockets for receiving a coupling of a tension frame. One edge zone (17) of the cover is formed as a double cover (19) to form a region with improved cleaning ability. The double cover is connected to the upper side of the wiper cover in the region of the inner kink (21). Preferred Features: Two opposite-lying edge zones of the wiper cover are partially formed as double covers of the cleaning fibers.

Ein Wischbezug (11) ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Rand des Reinigungstextils (15) zur Bildung eines Randbereichs (17) mit verbesserter Reinigungswirkung wenigstens doppelt nach innen umgeschlagen und der derart gebildete doppelte Umschlag (19) im Bereich der innen liegenden Abknickung (21) mit dem Reinigungstextil verbunden ist. Auf diese Weise ist ein Randbereich erzeugt, welcher eine wesentlich verbesserte Wasseraufnahme- und abgabekapazität aufweist. <IMAGE>
