[origin: DE10028191A1] In normal working the first shaft (10) tools (14) run faster than shaft (20) tools (24) and the first shaft (10) rotates (18) towards the crushing gap (11). The tools on the shafts are so arranged as to mesh as the tools engage opposing shafts in respective tool-free spaces. The two shafts rotate opposite ways (18,20) in normal working and the tool widths are much less than their tool-free spaces. The crushing gap (11) runs parallel between the two shafts so the clear height of the tools (14,24) projects less than gap width beyond the shaft circumference in each case. The second shaft (20) tools (24) form fin-shaped hooks curving against the rotation direction as against the first shaft (10) tools (14) which form hooks in the rotation direction (18). Torque sensors per shaft reproduce an analogue signal as a function of the rotational moment required to crush the refuse.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Zerkleinern von Sperrmüll, Haus- und Gewerbemüll und dgl. Die Vorrichtung weist wenigstens eine erste (10) und eine zweite Welle (20), die drehbar um ihre horizontalen Längsachsen gelagert sind, und mit auf dem Umfang der Wellen mit Zwischenräumen in axialer Richtung angeordneten Brechwerkzeugen (14,24) auf. Bei dem Verfahren bewegen sich die beiden Teile der Brechwerkzeuge (14,24) im Normalbetrieb mit unterschiedlicher Geschwingigkeit drehend und dabei relativ zueinander kämmend, wodurch Kraftmomente zum Zerkleinern des Sperrmülls zwischen mindestens einem Brechwerkzeug (14) der ersten Achse (10) und einem Brechwerkzeug (24) der zweiten Achse (20) erzeugt werden. <IMAGE>
