Abstract (en)
The assembly (1) to give a continuous mechanical cleaning action on the outer surfaces of milled workpieces and pipes, rotates the workpiece (8) around its longitudinal axis. The system has three carriers with separates drives, offset by 120 degrees , each with a cylindrical and exchangeable brush as the cleaning tool. Each carrier has a support and a drive spindle, mounted independently at the entry and exit frame sections (3,4), and clamped against each other. Each drive spindle has a drive unit (7,7).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum kontinuierlichen mechanischen Reinigen der Außenfläche von rundem Walzgut und Rohren von Zunder und/oder Rost, die mindestens ein an das zu reinigende Werkstück radial anpressbares antreibbares Reinigungsmittel aufweist. Dabei weist bei einem der Reinigungsvorrichtung (1) zugeführten, um die eigene Längsachse sich drehenden Werkstück (8) die Reinigungsvorrichtung (1) drei um 120° versetzt angeordnete, jeweils separat antreibbare Träger auf, auf denen auswechselbar je eine zylindrisch ausgebildete Bürste (34) als Reinigungsmittel angeordnet ist. <IMAGE>
