Abstract (en)
The head has a hooked coupling part (2) that faces the cavity of a continuous casting mould to form a positive connection with the cast extrusion. The coupling part is uncoupled by tilting the extrusion head about a joint. The coupling part is undercut in a curved shape on the effective side in the extrusion direction. The coupling part has at least one undercut (9) in the area of a flange (10) or a corner part of the extruded profile (11).

Ein Anfahrstrangkopf für eine Metall- , insbesondere eine Stahl-Stranggießvorrichtung, verschließt vor Gießbeginn den Ausgang 1a der Stranggießkokille 1 mit einem dem Kokilleninnenraum 1b zugewandten Kupplungsteil 2, der mit dem gegossenen Strang eine formschlüssige, hakenförmige Verbindung 3 bildet, die nach Verlassen der Stranggießkokille 1 durch eine Kippbewegung des Anfahrstrangkopfes um ein Gelenk 4 des Anfahrstranges 5 entkuppelbar ist, wobei der hakenförmige Kupplungsteil 2 auf der in Strangausziehrichtung 6 wirksamen Seite 7 bogenförmig hinterschnitten ist und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite 8 entgegengesetzt bogenförmig verläuft. Um genügend große Ausziehkräfte auch auf Strangvorprofil-Gießquerschnitte mit gefährdeten Stegen 12 übertragen zu können, wird vorgeschlagen, dass für eine Vorprofil-Stranggießkokille 1 der Kupplungsteil 2 zumindest eine Hinterschneidung 9 im Bereich eines Flansches 10 oder eines Eckstoßes eines Strangvorprofils 11 aufweist. <IMAGE>
