The bale press, to compress loose materials, has a coupling to link the tie rod for a time with the vertically-moving press plate (15). The coupling mechanism, to link with the tie rod for a time, has a shaft (20) mounted in bearing pedestals (21,22) together with a pawl (16) and carrier hooks (17). They are positioned on the press plate so that, especially when the front door is closed, the pawl and hooks point away from the rear wall to the interior in a basic setting, and move to point outwards when the door is open to eject the bale. The press plate is linked to the tie rod at least temporarily during bale ejection.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ballenpresse zum Verdichten (Zusammenpressen) von verbrauchten Verpackungsmaterialien, wie Kartonagen, Folien oder dergleichen Gegenstände und Materialien, mit einem mindestens eine Fronttür (6) sowie mindestens eine Verschlusseinrichtung für letztere aufweisenden Pressengehäuse, einem von dem Pressengehäuse gebildeten Schacht (34), mit einer Antriebseinheit, die mit einer im Schacht bewegbaren Pressplatte (15,40) verbunden ist, und wahlweise mit einer Auswurfeinrichtung (2) für die gepressten Ballen, wobei eine Mitnahmeeinrichtung der Auswurfeinrichtung als schwenkbeweglicher, zeitweilig mit einer Zugstange (12) koppelbarer spezieller Mitnehmer ausgebildet ist. Zudem ist im Speziellen vorgesehen, dass die Verschlusseinrichtung für die Fronttür einen insbesondere seitlich am Pressengehäuse schwenkbar angeordneten speziellen Riegel, umfasst. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
