Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1167640A2] The wall-mounted rod (1), to guide and lock the holder (2) for a shower head, is a hollow profile with a mushroom shape in cross section. Behind the curved leading side are the two straight guide paths (11) for the shower holder, each with a leg set to the width dimensions of a smaller U-shape. The holder has a sliding component (20), supporting a swing carrier (25) on an axis (3) parallel to the mounting rod. The slide has projections (200) against the guide paths as counters against the pressure body (21), forced against the mounting rod by a spring (4). The side walls (28) of the hollow carrier have elastomer buffer strips (29), as a swing limit for the slide.
