A security device for movable closing elements of windows and doors comprises a first support element (12; 112) connected to a first frame or to a window or door casing (14; 114); a bar element (10; 110) connected to said first support element (12; 112); and a second element (16; 116) for supporting the bar element (10; 110), connected to a second frame (18; 118), and further comprises connecting elements (20, 22, 26; 28, 30, 32; 120, 126, 130) between the bar element (10; 110) and the second support element (16; 116) lockable in correspondence with the second support element (16; 116) or with the bar element (10; 110), at least a lock or padlock (152; 135) operated by a key (151) to lock the connection and prevent a further opening of the first frame or casing (14; 114) relative to the second frame (18; 118). <IMAGE>
