Abstract (en)
The hinge unit comprises a fixed hinge (1) integral with the vehicle bodywork (2) and a mobile hinge (6) integral with the door. The mobile hinge is articulated about an axis (14). A notched cam (27) is integral with the mobile hinge and a contact surface, carried by a mobile part (22), is inserted in a cam notch during the opening of the door. A compression spring (20) acts on the mobile part to apply the contact surface against the cam. One end of the spring is supported on a support (18) connected to the fixed hinge. The other end of the spring is supported on the mobile part which is on the support and articulated around an axis (23).

Ensemble charnière de porte de véhicule à mécanisme d'arrêt de porte intégré, comportant un charnon fixe (1) solidarisé à la carrosserie (2) du véhicule, un charnon mobile (6) solidarisé à la porte (7) du véhicule, et des moyens d'articulation dudit charnon mobile (6) sur ledit charnon fixe (1) selon un axe (14). Il comporte : une came crantée (27) solidaire dudit charnon mobile (6); une surface de contact pouvant s'insérer dans un cran de la came (27) lors d'une opération d'ouverture partielle ou totale de la porte (7), portée par une pièce mobile ; et des moyens élastiques agissant sur ladite pièce mobile (22) pour réaliser l'application de ladite surface de contact contre ladite came (26), solidaires du charnon fixe (1) et comportant : un ressort de compression (20) ; un support (18) connecté au charnon fixe (1), et sur lequel prend appui une extrémité dudit ressort de compression (20) ; et une pièce articulée (22) sur ledit support (18) autour d'un axe (23) les traversant, et constituant ladite pièce mobile, sur laquelle prend appui l'autre extrémité dudit ressort de compression (20). <IMAGE>
