Abstract (en)
Platform offset (90) is arranged on underside of guide vane platform (55) to seal platform gap (91). Offset stretches towards platform (75) of turbine rotary blade (32) thus covering platform cross-section surface (S) by at least 80 percent. During operation to at least 70 percent of maximum load of gas turbine, offset covers surface (S) to more than 95 percent. Platform offset (90) is of softer material than guide vane and platform (55) to prevent damage to platform (75). <??>Independent claim included for gas turbine guide vane with offset welded to guide vane platform (55) or set into groove in platform.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Gasturbine (21) mit in einem Heißgas-Strömungskanal (35), in den eine Leitschaufel (30) und eine Laufschaufel (32) angeordnet sind. Ein Spalt (80) zwischen der Leitschaufel (30) und der Laufschaufel (32) wird effektiv dadurch abgedichtet, dass ein Plattformabsatz (90) an der Unterseite der Leitschaufelplattform (55), einer Laufschaufelplattform (75) gegenüberliegend angeordnet ist. Gegenüber herkömmlichen Abdichtungen eines solchen Plattformspaltes (91) ergibt sich eine besonders gut kühlbare Leitschaufelplattform (55) und eine besonders einfach herstellbare Laufschaufel (32). <IMAGE>
