Abstract (en)
The device for post-treatment of diesel exhaust gases includes a filter component (4) located in the exhaust gas stream and which in its flow inlet side surface (8) has at least one slot-type recess open to the direction of flow and in which is located at least one heater element (5). The width and depth of the slot are greater than the width and depth of the heater element. The filter component is constructed as a ceramic monolith. The heater element is locked in the slot by clamps made of a ceramic material.

Bei einer Vorrichtung zur Nachbehandlung von Dieselabgasen, insbesondere zur Entfernung von Rußpartikeln, mit kontinuierlicher Filtration und diskontinuierlicher Regeneration, mit einem abgasdurchströmten Gehäuse und einem im Abgasstrom angeordneten Filterkörper (4), dem anströmseitig mindestens ein elektrisches Heizelement (5) zugeordnet ist, weist der Filterkörper (4) in seiner stromeintrittsseitigen Oberfläche (8) mindestens eine entgegen der Anströmrichtung offene nutartige Vertiefung auf, in die das mindestens eine Heizelement (5) eingebettet ist. <IMAGE>
