Abstract (en)

A self-propelled projectile comprises a penetrating core (1) that contains explosive material (4,3a). A hollow chamber (2) coaxial to the core contains a non-lethal substance. If the core is placed in a ballistic weapon, the same non-ballistic conditions as those of conventional weapons can be controlled so the drives, platforms and logistics can be used. The projectile can contain tear gas.

Beim Einsatz von Waffen gegen Bunkerziele etc. werden oft konventionelle Mittel eingesetzt, die nicht angemessen sind. Der Erfindungsgegenstand besteht aus einem Durchschlagskern (1), der eine Sprengladung (4;3a) oder einen Wirkstoff, wie nicht letale Masse, enthält. Wird dieser Durchschlagskern in einer ballistischen Haube (20) angeordnet, lassen sich die gleichen aussenballistischen Verhältnisse einstellen wie bei konventionellen Waffen, so dass deren Antriebe A, Plattformen und Logistik nutzbar sind. Von besonderer Bedeutung ist der polizeiliche Einsatz eines Durchschlagskerns (1) mit einem nicht letalen Wirkstoff bei Überfallen und Geiselnahmen etc. Damit können verschanzte Personen auch hinter Panzerglas und/oder Mauern auch dann ausser Gefecht gesetzt werden, wenn keine Sichtverbindung besteht; die resultierenden Kollateralschäden bzw. die Gefährung von Dritten ist minimal. <IMAGE>
