[origin: EP1168284A2] The method involves displaying information (I1,I2) on a sequence of billboard sections (A1-A27). At least two sections of the sequence are exchanged after a given time period has elapsed. Preferably three sections have their information contents exchanged cyclically. The sequence may be divided equally into two part sequences, which may be exchanged cyclically. An Independent claim is included for a display unit for implementing the method.
