[origin: EP1168509A2] The connector (10) has an insulating body (13), containing several spaced contacts (14) profiled in longitudinal section. The contact end-side point protrudes over the underside of the insulating body for contacting one component. The other end-side contact point (19) is located at the end section, protruding from the insulating body and freely movable for contacting the other component. Each contact is axially longitudinally aligned and its freely movable, protruding end section is of elongated trapezoidal shape, with shorter side connecting to the other contact point, and the longer side merging into neck region (39) linked to end-side contact point.
