[origin: EP1169939A1] The cosmetic applicator has a body (14) and a cap (15), one of which has an application surface supplied with cosmetic by a feed opening. This extends along at least one portion of the edge in contact with the non-flock surface. It also extends, as far as a line in contact with the corresponding non-flock surface edge of the first part. The surface of the second part on which the piles of the flock is situated behind the exterior surface of the edge of the first part.
