[origin: EP1170106A2] The mold pallets (6,6') are turned by 180 degrees by a turning arrangement which incorporates a turning cross-bar (2) which can be raised and lowered and turned by at least 180 degrees. At least one vacuum pallet (20) has at least one suction plate (21) exposed to a vacuum, for detachably holding a concrete element without the mold pallet. The vacuum pallet ad mold pallets are raised and lowered by the turning arrangement, and rotated by at least 180 degrees.
