[origin: DE10023151A1] The belt system for transport and/or turning of sheet material comprises belt direction changing pulleys (11) with a cutout (22) which is bounded by surfaces (16) of which one is electrically conductive, while the flanks of the cutout contain or are made of materials with a low coefficient of friction. Also claimed are a turning unit for sheet material, a sheet processing machine, and a digital printing machine incorporating such belt transport systems.
