Abstract (en)
Delayed thixotropic cement compositions for cementing in subterranean zones penetrated by well bores comprise a hydraulic cement, sufficient water to form a slurry, and a water-soluble delayed thixotropy imparting additive selected from carbonic acid and alkali metal carbonates.
