Abstract (en)

[origin: FR2792336A1] A cassette (A) for regulating expression of a heterologous nucleic acid (I) in a eukaryote, comprises two sequences of 798 base pairs (bp) (1) and of 257 bp (2) (or derivatives having one or more substitutions, deletions or additions of nucleotides), is new. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) recombinant expression vector (EV) containing (A); (b) host cells containing (A) or EV; (c) compositions containing (A), EV or the cells of (b); (d) pharmaceutical compositions containing the composition of (c) plus one or more excipients; (e) transgenic animals containing (A) or EV in their somatic and/or germ cells (and their descendants); (f) a method for producing the animals of (e); (g) production of a polypeptide (II) by culturing cells that contain (EV); and (h) (II) produced by the method above.
