Abstract (en)
Feed method has a given quantity of coating material moved along a feed line (ZLA,ZLB), providing potential separation, for supplying it to the spray coating head (Z) together with a displacement fluid between two spaced salamanders (M1A,M2A; M1B,M2B). Dosing of the coating fluid at the spray coating head is provided via a dosing pump (PA,PB) in the feedback line (RLA,RLB) for displacement fluid. An Independent claim for a feed system for a spray coating device is also included.

In einem Farbversorgungssystem für eine elektrostatische Beschichtungsanlage sind zur Potentialtrennung dienende molchbare Farbzuführleitungen (ZLA, ZLB) vorgesehen, in denen die jeweils für einen Beschichtungsvorgang benötigte Farbmenge zwischen zwei Molchen (M1A, M2A; M1B, M2B) eingeschlossen von einer isolierenden Schiebeflüssigkeit zu dem Zerstäuber gefördert wird. Die Dosierung des Lackflusses am Zerstäuber (Z) erfolgt durch eine Dosierpumpe (PA, PB), die in einer Rückführleitung (RLA, RLB) für die Schiebeflüssigkeit angeordnet ist und somit nicht von dem Farblack, sondern nur von der Schiebeflüssigkeit durchflossen wird. <IMAGE>
