[origin: DE10033796C1] Production of blister packaging from thermoplastic comprises sealing blister edges with support part (14) in cross sealing station (22); cooling blister edges and support part; linearly heating transition region between blister dome (12) and the support part in a heating station to form a narrow heated folded line; bordering the support part and the blister edges to the folded line; and sealing the residual blister edges with the support part. An Independent claim is also included for a device for producing blister packaging.
