[origin: EP1172471A1] The pile warp tension beam (1) has a tubular carrier section (2) with a bonded deflector (3) with spring elasticity. The deflector has at least two projecting zones (3b) at intervals around it. The pile warp tension beam assembly has a one-piece deflector, of a metal plate or of plastics and especially with carbon fibers. The deflector can have a basic body with spring elasticity, with the projecting zones extending from its surface. The projections are of metal, plastics or ceramics. The projections can have spring elasticity, bonded to the carrier section.
