Abstract (en)
The shotproof door panel (1) or wall component has a ballistic textile surface formation (3), a core of fiber plate material and/or foamed material, on which on both sides facing the exterior a ballistic textile surface formation is arranged. This surface formation is followed on the outside by a rigid flat component (4,4',4). The core is formed from fiber plates (2',2), which particularly leave free an air gap (10) between them. The core plates are formed from foamed glass but they may also be of coconut fiber, or mineral fiber. They have a density of in particular approximately 280 kg/m3.

Ein beschusshemmendes Türblatt (1) oder Wandelement weist einen Aufbau mit einem Kern (2) aus Faserplatten (2',2") und daran anschliessend angeordneten ballistischen textilen Flächengebilden (3) und Hartfaserplatten (4',4") auf. Dieser Schichtaufbau ergibt eine gute Beschusshemmung sowie Schallschutz- und Brandschutzeigenschaften des Türblattes bzw. Wandelementes. <IMAGE>
