[origin: EP1172515A2] The end position switch uses a pair of side-by-side switch discs, which are rotated in opposition to one another at different rates via respective cog wheels (5,7) with differing numbers of cog teeth, coupled to the axes of the switch discs via slip couplings. Each switch disc has a peripheral notch and an associated switch guide, for cooperation with the end of a switch arm (15), operating an electric switch via a lever mechanism.
