Abstract (en)
[origin: WO0064943A1] Mus musculus ACRP30R1M polypeptides and polynucleotides and method for producing such polypeptides by recombinant techniques are disclosed. Also disclosed are methods for screening for compounds which either agonize or antagonize Mus musculus ACRP30R1M. Such compounds are expected to be useful in treatment of human diseases, including, but not limited to: cancers, inflammation, cell death, obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cell proliferation, immunity, and energy metabolism and homeostasis.
