Abstract (en)
The hinge comprises a cartridge placed in the fixed and movable barrels. The cartridge comprises a radially deformable cylinder body (8) having an internal cavity open at one end of the body. The other end of the body comprises a bottom (11) with an axial tapped hole. A screw (12) is housed axially in the cavity and its threaded end (15) engages the tapped hole and its head (13) is located at the cavity inlet. Elastomer sleeves (18) and spacers (16) are alternately threaded on the screw shank (14) and fill the cavity. The clamping screw causes compression of the sleeves and an expansion of the cylindrical body peripheral wall (9). The sleeves are placed opposite the movable barrels. In addition there are axial ribs (19a,19b) on the body to immobilize it in the fixed barrels.

La charnière à couple contrôlé comporte une cartouche placée dans les charnons fixes et mobiles. Cette cartouche comporte un corps de cylindre (8) déformable radialement, ayant une cavité interne (10) ouvert à une extrémité du corps. L'autre extrémité du corps comporte un fond (11) avec un orifice axial taraudé. Une vis (12) loge axialement dans la cavité, son extrémité filetée (15) coopère avec le trou axial taraudé, et sa tête (13) est disposée à l'entrée de la cavité (10). Des manchons (18) en matière élastomérique semi-rigide et des entretoises (16) sont enfilés en alternance sur le fût (14) de la vis et remplissent la cavité interne (10). Le serrage de la vis (12) provoque une compression des manchons (18) et une expansion de la paroi périphérique (9) du corps de cylindre (8). Les manchons (18) sont disposés en regard des charnons mobiles. Le corps (8) comporte en outre des nervures axiales (19a, 19b) pour son immobilisation dans les charnons fixes. <IMAGE>
