[origin: EP1174579A2] A seal for a door, comprises a guide rail (1) located in a groove in the bottom of the door, and a holding profile (2) held in the rail via an elastic sealing member (7), between upper and lower positions. Each side shank (8,9) of the elastic sealing member presses against the free ends of the adjacent profiled shanks (3,4), and partially covers them. A number of projections (13) rest against the side walls.
