Abstract (en)

[origin: WO0066870A1] Disclosed is a roller shutter arrangement for windows, especially roof windows, that are horizontally divided into two parts. The inventive arrangement comprises a roller shutter (6) that is guided in lateral guiding rails (2, 4) and that can be wound and unwound on a roller shaft (8) in an end area of the window. The aim of the invention is to enable the entire glass surface of the window that is horizontally divided into two parts to be in the shade. Each of the two guiding rails (2, 4) is divided into two parts, i.e. an upper guiding rail (1, 3) and a lower guiding rail (5, 7). The front faces (9, 11) thereof facing each other are located opposite each other on the horizontal separating line (10) of the window while a gap (12) is left open.
