The concrete component producing process involves the use of a mold with a core (16) and a jacket (14) between which is a molding cavity (18). At ;east one mold element (20) is fitted to a setting-up device (22) at a preset circumferential and/or axial position. After removal of the item from the mold and before the next filling, the setting-up device is placed under cover with the jacket and/or the core.

Ein Verfahren zum Fertigen eines topfförmigen Betonformteils (22), beispielsweise eines Schachtbodenstücks, wird in einer Form durchgeführt, die einen Formkern (16) und einen Formmantel (14) umfasst, welche zwischen sich einen Formhohlraum (18) einschließen. Bei dem Verfahren wird wenigstens ein Schalungselement (20), beispielsweise wenigstens ein Aussparungskern, während der laufenden Fertigung eines vorhergehenden Betonformteils (12) an einer Rüstvorrichtung (22) an einer an einer vorbestimmten Umfangs- oder/und Axialposition angeordnet. Ferner wird die Rüstvorrichtung (22) nach dem Entschalen des vorhergehenden Betonformteils (12) und vor dem Einfüllen des Betons für das nächste Betonformteil (12) mit dem Formmantel (14) oder/und dem Formkern (16) in Deckung gebracht, und das wenigstens eine Schalungselement (20) in dieser Deckungsstellung mittels wenigstens einer Übergabevorrichtung (24) an den Formmantel (14) oder/und den Formkern (16) übergeben. <IMAGE>
