Abstract (en)
The cosmetic applicator comprises a casing (3) which contains the cosmetic product (P) and is connected to a hemispherical seating (6). A spherical applicator (14) fits into this and is protected by a removable cap (13). A piston (33) can be moved up the casing to dispense the product through the applicator. An Independent claim is included for a refill for the dispenser.

La présente demande concerne un ensemble (1) pour le conditionnement et l'application d'un produit (P), notamment cosmétique, comprenant un premier logement (3) contenant le produit à distribuer (P), et un second logement (6) en communication avec le premier via au moins un passage (42), le second logement (6) étant destiné à recevoir un organe d'application (14), solidaire d'un organe de préhension (13), apte à obturer de manière étanche une ouverture (9) délimitée par un bord du second logement (6), le premier logement (3) étant associé à un mécanisme (30) apte, en réponse à la mise en mouvement relatif d'un organe d'actionnement (31) distinct de l'élément de Fermeture (13), par rapport au premier logement, à exercer une poussée sur le produit à l'intérieur du premier logement (3) de manière à en forcer le passage d'une quantité déterminée dans le second logement (6) au travers dudit (ou desdits) passage(s) (42), en vue de charger en surface et/ou en profondeur, ledit organe d'application (14) avec ledit produit. <IMAGE>
