Abstract (en)
The oven has a cooking enclosure (2), a heating element (4) and a screen (5) adapted to reflect radiation from the heating element toward the interior of the oven. The screen is attached (6) to the heating element, and reduces loss of heat through the roof of the oven.

Un four de cuisson électrique comprend une enceinte de cuisson (2), un élément chauffant (4) et un écran (5) adapté à réfléchir le rayonnement de l'élément chauffant (4) vers l'intérieur de l'enceinte de cuisson (2). L'écran (5) est fixé uniquement sur l'élément chauffant (4). Utilisation notamment d'un tel écran pour réduire la consommation d'énergie du four de cuisson. <IMAGE>
