Abstract (en)
The stabilized soil (10) for a tennis court has a base surface (24) into which fibres (26) are placed vertically to form a fabric. A lower layer (28) of granules is placed on the base and between the fibres. The height of the lower layer is less than that of the fibres. An upper layer (30) is piled rock on the lower layer extends above the ends of the fibres.

Un terrain stabilisé (10), notamment pour la pratique du tennis, comprend : une surface de base (24) à laquelle sont fixées des fibres (26) essentiellement verticales de sorte à former un support de type tapis (20); une couche inférieure (28) de matière granuleuse reposant sur ladite surface de base (24) et répartie entre les fibres (26), la hauteur de la couche inférieure (28) étant inférieure à celle des fibres (26); et une couche supérieure (30) constituée essentiellement de roche pilée reposant sur la couche inférieure (28), la hauteur de la couche supérieure (30) étant telle que sa surface supérieure se trouve à un niveau supérieur à celui de l'extrémité supérieure des fibres (28). On présente également une méthode de fabrication et une méthode de rénovation de terrains stabilisés. <IMAGE>
