[origin: WO0068115A1] The high rack rolling storage device comprises at least one storage area (L1 - L3) along which a rack lift vehicle (RF1, RF2) is arranged such that it can be displaced in a transport aisle (G1, G2). Said rack lift vehicle serves to vertically transport the rollers (P) to the rack levels in which storage channels (K, K1, K2) consisting of a bearing profile (1) are arranged parallel to one another. The rollers (P) are supported on the lateral walls of the bearing profiles (1) of these storage channels. A lifting and transporting carriage (2) travels inside said bearing profiles and under the rollers (P) which it sets down or picks up at the respective storage area and brings from or to the transport aisle (G1, G2). The lifting and transporting carriage (2) is connected to the corresponding rack lift vehicle (RF1, RF2) in a control-like and supply-like manner and, at the front of one of the bearing channels (K, K1, K2), receives the lifting and transporting carriage (2) in a receiving space (AF) or sends it out loaded with a roller (P). The lifting and transporting carriage (2) is moved by the rack lift vehicle (RF1, RF2) to a supply ramp (RE) via a storage channel (K1) and to an issuing ramp (RA1, RA2) via an unloading channel (K2).
