Abstract (en)

[origin: WO0163562A1] The invention relates to a method for managing premises, especially for managing parking space, with an admission system (1) and a cashier system (3) in which the spaces (R(i)) are managed as a space-related and time-related resource in a computer system (4), and with occupancy times (BZ) being managed as inventories. To every occupancy time (BZ) a safety time (SZ) is added and the availability of the spaces (R(i)) is calculated on the basis of these times, thereby allowing optimization of the delivery times or the punctual delivery. Statistical data are used to calculate the safety times on the basis of a distribution of the safety times for times of day, weekdays and seasons and are used as a linear combination, preferably as a weighted linear combination. The calculation of a modified punctual delivery (MLT) allows an optimum management of the available spaces (R(i)) at a predetermined punctual delivery. The invention further relates to a parking space system for carrying out the inventive method.
