[origin: EP1179313A2] The device has outer and inner pipes, a magazine chamber(s) (9) that accommodates an electric cable in a variable length manner and connection elements for the cable on both ends of the telescopic pipe. The cable is fed via a holder element movable in and out of the magazine chamber that can be coupled to telescopic movements of the inner pipe. The cable is stored in loops in the chamber and there is an arrangement for kink-free cable guidance.
