Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1179476A2] The device for the filling of tubular containers (34) with flat disc-form products has a feed conveyor (9) supplying the products to a transporting unit (13) which has several intermediate containers (17) to accommodate the product stacks movable on a closed path. The intermediate containers are filled at a first station (12), rotated perpendicularly to the axis of the product stack on the way to a second station (30), and at the second station the product stack is pushed out into a readily available container. On the way back the intermediate containers are rotated around the same axis back to their original position.
