Abstract (en)
Anchor comprises a plastic anchor pipe (12) and an anchor rod (14) that has a diameter equal to, or slightly less than, the diameter of the pipe. At the front end of the pipe sideways holes (26, 28, 30) are provided to allow mortar to escape from the anchor rod and form a seal with the surrounding brickwork. A rod collar (32) acts as a piston forcing the mortar into the forward section (22) of the pipe. Once the mortar is forced forwards by insertion of the anchor rod it is forced out through the holes at the forward end of the anchor tube, so that it bonds the anchor rod with the support brickwork.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Injektionsbefestigungsanker (10) zur Sanierung eines zweischaligen Mauerwerks (36, 38). Der Injektionsbefestigungsanker (10) weist ein Ankerrohr (12) auf, in dessen vorderem Axialabstand (22) Löcher (26, 28, 30) für den Austritt von Kunstharzmörtel (44) angebracht sind. In das Ankerrohr (12) ist ein Ankerstab (14) einführbar, der durch einen umlaufenden Bund (32) zu einer Art Kolben ausgebildet ist, mit dem sich der Kunstharzmörtel (44) im Ankerrohr (12) in dessen vorderen Axialabschnitt (22) verschieben lässt. Durch die Ausbildung des Ankerstabs (14) als eine Art Kolben ist die notwendige Mörtelmenge gering. <IMAGE>
