Abstract (en)

[origin: WO0071717A1] The present invention relates to polynucleotide and polypeptide molecules for mammalian secreted alpha helical protein-32 (Zalpha32). The polypeptides, and polynucleotides encoding them, are hormonal and may be used to regulate the functioning of the immune system. The present invention also includes antibodies to the Zalpha32 polypeptides.
