[origin: WO0075034A1] The invention concerns a screw cap with pourer for closing a container (1) neck (2) sealed until it is first used with a inner seal (6) capable of being pierced, comprising: a cap body (8) having a first end wall (11) provided with a pouring orifice (12); a skirt (14, 17) projecting from said wall (11), said skirt (14) having a female thread (15) for the cap body (8) to be screwed on the container (1) neck (2) along an axis of rotation (R); means for providing an opening (29) in the inner seal (6), comprising a tooth (16) projecting from said end wall (11), said tooth being located spaced apart from the axis of rotation (R) of the cap body (8), said tooth being capable of following a circular trajectory (C) when the cap body (8) is being screwed on the container (1) neck (2) in one direction (V). Said tooth (16) is located spaced apart from the pouring orifice (12) by being separate therefrom, the distance between the axis of rotation (R) and the tooth (16) being greater than the distance between the axis of rotation (R) and the pouring orifice (12), the tooth being shaped and oriented to pierce the inner seal (6) and provide therein an opening (29) by tearing the seal (6), and to push back ahead of it the torn part of the seal (6) during screwing, such that the opening (29) thus provided comprises the pouring orifice (12) so as to enable the product contained in the container (1) to flow directly through the pouring orifice (12).
