The back part (14) has a convex surface (22) pointing to the front and a concave surface (24) at the back when used in an upright position. A swivel axis (18,20) is joined to the horizontal frame of the seat (12) in an acute angle. The back part (14) can be rotated horizontally around the axle (18,20), the former back surface (24) now exposed at the front and offering a concave trough-shaped space (24) for the occupant to relax in.
