The device has a motor in a housing driving a hollow spindle and a fast clamp. Ein Elektrowerkzeug weist einen in einem Gehäuse (1) gelagerten Motor, der eine Hohlspindel (2) antreibt und eine Schnellspanneinrichtung zur Aufnahme eines Werkzeuges (3) auf. Die Schnellspanneinrichtung weist eine in der Hohlspindel (2) koaxial verschieblich gelagerte Spannspindel (4) auf, die durch ein elastisches Element (5) axial verspannt ist. Mittels eines an einem werkzeugseitig abgewandten Ende der Spannspindel (4) angeordneten Spannhebels (6), ist die Schnellspanneinrichtung zwischen einer Spannposition und einer Wechselposition stellbar. Um eine Bedienkraft für die Schnellspanneinrichtung zu reduzieren, weist der Spannhebel (6) ein Gleitelement (8) auf. <IMAGE>
