Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1182036A1] To set at least one register, at a sheet-fed offset printing press, the upper clamping rail (13) for the printing plate with the register (11) is moved in a guide path (14) and locked in place. It slides in the guide path, to be moved by a setting unit (15) in the adjustment direction (16) through a mechanical setter (17) or an electrical setter. A clamp locks the rail in place. The adjustment is effected by a central control.
