[origin: EP1182305A2] The window has a frame (3) which installed at least on the side in especially purlin profiles(4), whereby the outwards orientated uppermost edge of the frame is located below the uppermost edge of the profiles. A glass pane (2), and especially a stepped glass pane, is installed on a casement. The outside dimensions of the casement are the same or smaller than the largest face of the glass pane. The glass pane, or largest surface of a stepped pane, protrudes over the casement.
