[origin: EP1182736A2] The arrangement has at least one contact element with at least one flex foil contact area for contacting a conducting foil track on the flex foil. The contact area is formed on a cantilever arm (42a',42a'',42b',42b'') made in one piece with the contact element and is at a distance from a chamber. A holder for one or more contact elements has openings for rear isertion of contact pins or similar into the contact element(s).
