[origin: EP1182908A1] The device has at least one PTC element (3) and two contact plates (1a,1b) that contact the PTC element. A metal foil (2a,2b) that is coated with adhesive on both sides is provided for connecting the surface of the PTC element to the contact plates. The contact plate is a heat conducting element, preferably a corrugated strip. Independent claims are also included for the following: a PTC heating strip for a PTC heating device.
