Abstract (en)

[origin: FR2791581A1] The solid particulate composition, with high absorptive capacity for an active agent such as nonionic surfactant, is made by drying a mixture, based on a crystalline inorganic salt, an organic binder and optionally a surfactant and filler, to remove at least part of the water of crystallisation. A composition is in the form of solid particles which are substantially or completely soluble in water and which have a capacity of absorption of at least one active substance of up to 50 wt. % on the total weight of the composition and the active material. The composition is obtained from at least one mineral salt which crystallizes with at least one molecule of water, at least one polymeric organic binder in an amount of less than 30 wt. % of the composition, optionally at least one surfactant, and optionally at least one filler. The composition is obtained by drying the composition with the elimination of at least part of the water of crystallisation.
