[origin: WO0074911A1] The invention relates to a parquet lamella, comprising two long sides (4, 6) which run in the longitudinal direction of the lamella (2) and two narrow sides (8, 10) which run in a transverse direction to the lamella (2). The front faces of the two long sides (4, 6) are impregnated at least over part of their extension. According to the invention, the front faces of the two narrow sides (8, 10) are also impregnated at least over part of their extension. A number of these parquet lamellae (2, 2a, 2b, 2c...) can be used for producing a panel or parquet element (14), comprising two long sides (4', 6') which run in a longitudinal direction to the element (14) and two narrow sides (8', 10') which run in a transverse direction to the element (14). One long side (4') has a groove (20) and the opposite long side (6') has a tongue (22) and the front faces of both long sides (4', 6') are impregnated at least over part of their extension.
